1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions open, or obtain navigation statistics. Under the same legal umbrella, other equivalent techniques apply, such as local storage, session storage, or tracking pixels.
2. Cookies used on this website: none
All pages of this site are composed of HTML, a stylesheet, fonts, own JavaScript files, and graphics, served from the own domain (yupiplan.com). They do not load any resources from third-party servers. We do not install any cookies, neither our own nor from third parties, and we do not use device fingerprints, tracking pixels, or web analytics tools. We do not embed videos, maps, external fonts, or social media buttons.
3. Local storage on the plan page
When you open a plan's page (the addresses that start with yupiplan.com/p/), the page connects to our database (Supabase, in the European Union) and saves in the local storage of your browser:

Both are strictly necessary for the service you request (answering a plan) and are not used for analytics or advertising, so they do not require consent. You can delete them anytime from your browser settings; the answer you already sent remains on the plan (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Server technical logs
The site is hosted on a hosting provider (Vercel) that, like any web server, can automatically log technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) for the sole purpose of serving pages, maintaining security, and generating aggregated infrastructure statistics. Those records are not cookies nor are they used for advertising purposes.
5. The mobile app is another thing
This policy only refers to the web site. The Yupiplan mobile app shows advertising via Google AdMob. On a phone, browser cookies are not used; instead, the device advertising identifier (IDFA en iOS, AAID en Android) and other technical data are used.
Before loading any ad, the app asks for your consent via the Google form (User Messaging Platform) in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and additionally on iOS via Apple's tracking notice. You can revoke it anytime from the app settings or system settings. With Yupiplan Plus active, no advertising is loaded. All details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this policy
If in the future this site incorporates any cookies or measurement tools, we will update this page with the details of each one and activate the consent mechanism before installing it. For any doubt, write to us at hello@opharana.com.
