Questions from the bar
Do my guests have to download the app?
No. The link opens the poster in any mobile or computer browser and they reply from there. Only the organizer uses the app.
What does each guest see?
The poster with the date, place and note, who’s coming and what’s still needed. You decide if they also see the guest list. The messages they send you only you can read.
Can they change their reply?
Yes. They open the same link from the same device and change whatever they want: if they’re coming, with how many, and what they’ll bring.
How much does it cost?
Creating plans and replying is free, with ads. Yupiplan Plus removes ads, lifts the plan limit and adds two inks: €0.99 a month or €4.99 forever.
What happens to a plan’s data after it’s over?
Plans delete themselves one year after their date, along with the replies. Yupiplan doesn’t email you or ask for your phone.
